All future rent payments are to be made to Biggin & Scott Elsternwick =
via the NAB Easy Rent system.
Using the NAB Easy Rent service gives you the flexibility to choose =
secure and convenient payment options and ensures the rent is paid on =
time.
NAB Service request form is the required form that will needed to be =
submitted to our office as soon as possible, with the preferred method =
of payment as per below:
There are 2 options for paying your rent, please read the below =
carefully, select which option works for you by ticking the box on the =
form and return it to our office before you move in.

1.Paying via the NAB portal: You will be required to log onto the NAB =
portal every month to pay your rent, you need to allow 4 business days =
of processing time so you will need to submit payments earlier than your =
rent due date, this option is free.
Tick the box Tenant initiated payments and include your bank account =
details and we will send you log in details to the portal.

2. BPAY: You can make payments direct from your bank without having to =
log into a portal every month, this is an overnight transaction but does =
cost 95 cents which you will need to add this fee to your rent payment. =
