Just a quick note on Bec.

 

Saw her today R) lateral elbow =
pain. 

 

She’s developed some tennis elbow =
symptoms which can happen. 

 

Up to this point you’ve done a great job at =
managing it. 

 

Bec can keep training – she’ll feel it sometimes which =
is safe and ok to continue 

(2-3/10 is acceptable) providing her recovery is ok =
over the next 24 hours.

 

Modify some exercises as able but no need to go =
crazy. Keep most of her general program the same where possible – =
consistency is the key over the next few =
weeks. 

 

I’ll see her in a couple of weeks to review her =
progress. 

 

In the meantime I have spoken to her about some =
isometric holds.
