Hey =
Mate,

They have come back to me, any =
chance you can get or print up something like the =
below?

Here are some examples of =
documentation we accept as proof of a change of =
ownership.

– A copy of a sales agreement showing that the business was =
sold or changed hands; or

– A signed letter on company =
letterhead stating that the domain name has changed hands; =
or

– Any =
valid document showing the domain name or business has changed =
hands.

If they are unable to provide any of the above, they can =
provide us with a Statuary declaration signed by a justice of the =
peace.

Hi mate, =

Not a pain at =
all.

We may have to do a manual =
transfer.

Essentially the ABN used when the =
domain was registered 20yrs ago was never =
used.

It was a backyard , side-business, =
a hobby.

Circa 2008 I started to take it =
seriously and  hired an accountant to set things up properly with =
the current ABN and JAK Family Trust.

There were no physical assets apart =
from a few Barbells etc, nor did it occur to anyone to make =
consideration for the official transfer of a domain name, it was setup =
as a new business and the old ABN was =
deregistered.

As such there was no transfer of =
assets from previous ABN to current.

I can provide any business and =
personal documentation required. As you are aware I’ve continued to pay =
the domain registration all the way =
through.

When you get a chance,  let me =
know how to proceed.

Thanks =
again

Hey Mate,

Sorry to be a pain, this is the =
info I receive from my upstream provider in regards to the domain =
name

As the ABN =
associated with personal-training.com.au (97597955810) expired on 18 Apr =
2015, we would need to go through the Manual Change of Registrant =
process.

In order to =
process a change of registrant you would need to supply us with =
documentary evidence that, prior to the current ABN details expiring, =
the registrant agreed to transfer the domain name licence to the entity =
or individual currently using the domain name.

This is =
generally something like a sales agreement or even a letter on company =
letterhead stating the domain was sold/gifted to the new entity dated =
prior to 18 Apr 2015.

If you can get =
this documentation to us, we can then go ahead and process this Change =
of Registrant for you.

Are you able to provide.

Hi Mate,

Hoping you are well.

My provider does =
domain checks in the background for .com.au domains.

Your domain came up in a check for an expired ABN. Do you =
have an updated one linked to your trading name?

That=E2=80=99s the one they have =
on file

Also, do you have DEV guys working =
on your site? Just gone over the space requirement. I have just =
increased
