eviction, my dates were way off.

 

If we can =
serve them this Monday Jan 24th. 60 days will be March =
25th.

 

They will =
prob be gone by then with no aircon, otherwise its no disaster for me =
stay an extra month in centre rd and move things/clean over the month or =
leave the few things I have in the gym for 1-2 days and stay in at a =
hotel for a night or 2.
