relief application from 28th July 2021.

Declaration within 14 days so we may seek an offer of relief from your =

Any application received after 14 days may result in your application =
being voided.

Victorian Premier announced on 28 July 2021 that the Commercial Tenancy =
Relief Scheme will be reinstated, at this stage the Government have not =
released the criteria for relief/finalised Legislation, advised that it =
is due to be released on 24th August 2021.

Once the Victorian Government have outlined the criteria for relief, and =
what information we will require in order to enable a compliant rent =
relief request.=20

In the meantime, please continue to make rental and outgoings payments =
as per your lease agreement.

In order to qualify for instalment payments, your first payment, =
including any arrears MUST be received by Council by the due date. =
Failure to make the first payment promptly will result in the Council =
placing you on the full payment scheme. The exception is City of Glen =
Eira as they only offer instalment payments.

City of Bayside offer a slight reduction in rates for in full payments =
made prior to 31st August, 2021. If your rates fall within City of =
Bayside and you wish to take advantage of the discount, please let me =
know and we will adjust your invoice accordingly.

Should you not wish to pay via instalments and would prefer to pay a =
lump sum in February 2022, please advise and we will adjust your invoice =
accordingly.

At this stage the Councils are not offering any rebates due to COVID19 =
on commercial rates. If that changes, we will advise.

We are still awaiting Council Rates on a few properties, so if this =
