GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

At IPT, we pride ourselves on high quality Group training. All our sessions are fun and intensive 45min cardio and resistance training sessions with all the movements that will change your physique. Including sleds, battle ropes, Slam balls, kettlebells, TRX and more.
