GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

At IPT, we pride ourselves on high quality Semi-Private Group Training. All our sessions average 5 clients per class to keep quality high and to ensure you receive individual attention within a group setting.

All our sessions are fun and intensive 45min cardio and resistance training sessions with all the movements that will change your physique. Including sleds, battle ropes, Slam balls, kettlebells, TRX and more.
