When you train us you will can assured you are receiving the highest level of knowledge & expertise in a state-of-the-art studio.

We also aim to build strong relationships with all members to ensure accountability, progress and comfort. We pick up the phone if we haven’t seen you in a while and we continue to come up with new ideas, events and activities to keep your training varied, interesting and most importantly tailored to you and your fitness goals.

What type of training do you offer?
We offer both Private Training (1on1, 2on1 etc) and Group Training to suit all fitness levels and abilities.

Are my workouts personalised?
Absolutely! Every workout is customised and tailored to your goals and fitness level to ensure constant progression. Irrespective of your starting point or goals, we will create a program that is right for you. We will also alter your regime regularly to keep your fitness training challenging and interesting.
Will I have the same trainer?
Most clients prefer to keep the same trainer but you are always welcome to try any of our highly qualified PT’s for some variety.
What if I have an injury or illness?
Our experienced trainers can alter your session to accommodate any injuries or illness and work with you at a pace you are comfortable with. We will also work in conjunction with your preferred health practitioners to ensure that the training program we set for you satisfies all medical requirements. Our goal is to help you re-gain superior health as soon as possible.
Do you provide nutritional advice?
Absolutely! Our head trainer James will design a healthy eating plan suitable to your health and fitness goals and will check in with you at regular intervals to ensure you remain accountable. We can also provide recipe and meal recommendations that are tasty, easy to prepare and nutritious. ‘If you want your body to work well, it needs to be fueled properly and we can teach you how’.
How long are your training sessions?

Our Private sessions run for either 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
Our Group Training sessions run for 45 minutes

I haven’t been doing any exercise. Will I be able to handle your sessions?
We have trained clients of all ages & fitness levels and we pride ourselves on customizing your session to make quality training accessible to all. We don’t do fad diets or gimmick exercise programs we provide the most up to date and innovative training & nutrition to keep you ahead of the curve.
It does take commitment on your part, but you will see the results.
Should I do Private PT or Group sessions?

We have a number of options available, its best to come in and discuss your goals and options so we can ensure you make the right decision for you.

How much does training cost?

We have a number of options available, including Unlimited Group PT, Private Training or a combination of both. Chat with us about your goals and we can best advise you on a package that suits your goals, time and budget.

What can I expect from a Group session?

Our Group Fitness Training sessions are a combination of cardio, weights, strength work and conditioning. No class is ever the same. We are constantly changing the exercise routines to keep our sessions fun, challenging and rewarding for all of our members.

Are there contracts or signup fees?

No, we have no sign up fees and you are not ‘locked’ into any contracts and are able to suspend or cancel your training at anytime.

We only want you to be a part of IPT as long as you are getting value from our training and service.

What age do kids need to be to participate in your classes?

We offer Active kids and teen fitness training group sessions. Kids from the age of 10+ can participate in our Active Kids fitness classes This is a great opportunity to provide your children with healthy, active sessions that incorporate coordination, sports and most importantly fun.

Do you offer Boxing Classes? What if I haven’t boxed before?

Boxing is a brilliant combination of cardio and strength training that anyone can participate in. We have clients that have been boxing for years as well as first timers. We will guide you on the correct technique to help you get the most out of your session.  We do provide boxing gloves for all our sessions, however you may prefer to invest in a pair of your own.

What does the Mum’s Group Fitness involve?

Our Mum’s Group Fitness is a fun and vigorous 45 minute fat burning session that operates after drop-off at 9am Mon, Wed, Fridays. So whether you are a new mum or a school mum, we will create a fitness program to help you get back into shape. Kids are more than welcome to attend all our mum’s group sessions.
